After handing over the cash prizes and certificates, the club also arranged small lunch buffet for the participants and also the audience who were present there as a sign of gratitude for their participation and patience in the quiz.

Thus the program finally ended at around 4 pm.

Things needed to be improved:

  • First of the program was delayed because of absence of some minor equipment such as a ringer (bell) for the quiz. So we should always have all the required equipment of the program before it starts than latter fetching them and delay the program.
  • The program was weak in terms of technical equipment. The microphone handed to the participant weren’t that good of a use. The answer they gave weren’t that clear. So, its duty of the organizing team to make sure that everything is working fine.
  • The quiz masters had some issues with their question pronouncing and decision making. They should be more responsible with their position and responsibilities.
  • The organizing team isn’t supposed to be answering the question passed to the audience. So the organizing team should always stay in discipline and let other have the fun.

Conclusion:

Overall the program ended well. Everyone present there were seemed pleased to be a part of it. There were many good comments coming from our chief guest and other guests about the youth’s development and their involvement in social activities. And how Sherpa Youth Club is doing their best to enhance and develop the Sherpa youths. There weren’t any claims about being unfair in the competition or with the organizing team.

Beside all those positive vibes coming from the guests, we still need to improve, learn and be more cautious and should organize the upcoming program well.
